• All sales are final
• Each variety is Limit 1 per person*
• If a variety fails during storage: a replacement variety, of equal value, or store credit will be offered
• Virus- I am unable to guarantee against viruses due to it being unfeasable to test every plant for every virus. Every know practice to avoid viruses is taken in the cutting process.
• By purchasing my cuttings, you agree to their care once received. Please make sure you are set up to care for them until planting time.
• If you have an issue with your cuttings during shipping, you have the day you received them to reach out to me. Replacements can be made and/or store credit issued if a physical replacement isn't possible.
• I am not responsible for cuttings due to any inappropriate handling through USPS. However, please reach out if you have an issue so we can try and fix it.
• All cuttings are guaranteed to have an established root system and are of appropriate size for shipping.
• If no problems are reported after the day your cuttings were received, I am not responsible. Please don't wait to report back to me. Cuttings are still babies and they need tender care early on especially if they arrive struggling.

• Shipping starts in April through end of May
• Shipped through: USPS Priority Shipping ($20)
• Shipping price reflects handling- cuttings require more care and materials to ship out. I take great care to make sure your cuttings are prepared for the shipping process.
• Some varieties take longer to root and/or wake up so some orders might be split and shipped out at different times. If this is the case, I will reach out to you so you can prepare to receive them. No extra shipping will be charged for this service.
• Early shipping requests: are taken at my discretion. If your order is ready and you want it early and I am able to ship, you are responsible for there shipping i.e. cold weather during shipping.
• Due to the extra materials required to ship cuttings safely, I am not able to offer combined shipping.
• Cuttins are not shipped out with previous tuber orders
• Local pickup is available. I will reach out when your cuttings are ready to be picked up and schedule a pickup date.
