All tuber & cutting sales (in person) constitutes acceptance of all terms herein

Guarantees- Tubers

I guarantee every tuber to be true to it's variety and arrive in the mail with at least one visiable eye. Please inspect your tubers apon arrival and contact me within 48hrs upon receiving at rainbowpatchdahlias@gmail.com with any concerns. I do not guarantee against any virus. This is due to the cost of testing every plant for every known virus that effects dahlias is too high. I do guarantee that all equipment used to divide and handle tubers have been properly sanitized between each plant. Growing stock during the growing season is heavily watched for any potential signs of virus and removed accordingly. I am also not responsible due to, but not limited to, poor growing conditions, shipping, negligence, improper planting or growing practices, weather, virus, or plant performance. I reserve the right to issue a replacement and/or refund should something happen to your order during transit. I will do my best to accommodate per situation but please note that I may or may not be able to replace a tuber depending on stock. All tubers sold are grown on my farm.

If a variety fails during storage: a replacement variety, of equal value, refund or store credit will be offered
By purchasing my tubers, you agree to their care once received. Please make sure you are able to store your tubers until planting time.
If you have an issue with your tubers during shipping, you have 24hrs after you received them to reach out to me. Replacements can be made and/or store credit issued if a physical replacement isn't possible
If you suspect your tuber has no growing eye, please allow 3 weeks after tuber has been woken up for any dormante eyes to emurge. Some varieties take longer than others and some have smaller eyes than others. If your tuber has not developed an eye/sprout after the 3 weeks, please reach out. A refund with photo proof, will be available. I will require photo proof.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order such as, but not limited to, size of tuber, shape, and condition and want a full refund- I will require photo of full order no later than 8hrs after receiving. Return shipping will be at buyers expense and a restocking fee of 20% applied.

If no problems are reported after 24hrs your tubers were received, I am not responsible. Please remember I do care about your experense with me and if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out!

Sales & Orders

All sales are first-come-first served and all sales are final. Once payment is accepted, orders can not be modified. I reserve the right to issue refunds and cancellations (with notification) if any product becomes unavailable due to unfortunate circumstances. Tubers are not eligible for exchange. Refunds will be issued according to my policy.

Cart

Items placed in your cart does not mean they are reserved. Your order is only confirmed when payment is placed. Please be aware that many popular varieties sell out fast, often within in minutes of store opening. I am a small grower with limited sale stock so thank you for understanding.

Limits Per Household

In order to give everyone a fair and equal opprotunity, some of the most sought after varieties will have limits to one or two per household. Dahlias have become so highly sought after and so hard to shop for, that I want to give everyone a chance at growing some of the more popular beauties. My website's shop does not prevent you from going over the limit in your cart so you if go over the limit, your order will be canceled. Varieties will be marked if any household limits are applied.

Address Changes/Shipping to another person

If you have an address change after you've placed an order with me it is your responsibilty to change it in your customer account. Make sure you have signed up via on my website to access your customer information! You may reach out to me to make sure your address is correct on my end but I am not responsible if a mistake should happen. I have a lot to keep up with orders etc so thank you for understanding!

If you are placing an order on the behalf of someone else, it is up to you to make sure you have the correct address for where the tubers are to be shipped to.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cencelled due to but not limited to, not fitting within your timeline/planting time of wanting tubers, don't like condition of tubers, feel like you should have received them by now etc a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover my costs for fees for an order cancellation. I hate to have to put this in here however, I also have family life and do not have the time to send out tubers on other people's schedules.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is submited on your end without having reached out to me first to try and resolve the matter, you will be placed on the "do not sell to list" for any future purchases on my website.

Photos

All photos are taken by myself or by Kevin Volz Photography and are copywrited. Photos may be used with credit given back to Rainbow Patch Dahlias.

Shipping

Please note I only ship within the United States and I use USPS flat rate priorty mail. All tubers are processed and shipped starting in April. I am not resposible for tubers once they are received by the USPS. Buyer accepts all responsibilty once package is received by usps. I am not responsible for the handling of packages during shipment such as, but not limited to, damage, missing package etc. I will do my best to help with any issues however, usps requires the purchaser to report any issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are listed below. Due to shopify's shipping settings, I can only offer a flat rate cost instead of per tuber.

$18 flat rate (regardless of prority box size)
Making multiple orders means you agree to this shipping charge. Please use the combined shipping coupon to save on shipping.

Combined Shipping Coupon

I do offer combined shipping however, due to fees on my end, if you fail to use the combined shipping coupon, I am unable to combine on my end. Please do not reach out and request, it's not to be mean, I receive a lot of emails and like to keep it unflooded as much as possible to help others.

Combined Shipping Coupon for each sale will be advertised in sales email/website/Facebook please keep an eye out for that

Shipping Timeframes

Tubers start shipping in April when the weather is safe to ship.
All tubers will be shipped out by the end of May.
